Introduction
Thank you for choosing the FanJu FJ3391 Weather Station. This device is designed to provide comprehensive weather information and timekeeping functions for your home. It features a color display, an outdoor sensor for accurate temperature and humidity readings, and a projection function for displaying time and outdoor temperature on a wall or ceiling. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper setup and operation.

Product Features
- All-in-One Functionality: Color weather forecast display, projection function, DCF radio-controlled clock, indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity display.
- Temperature & Humidity Monitoring: Displays MIN/MAX temperature and humidity. Outdoor frost alarm activates between -1°C and 2.8°C. Supports up to 3 remote sensors (one included).
- Projection Feature: Projects time and outdoor temperature simultaneously. Adjustable projection angle (up to 180 degrees) and ON/OFF control. Optimal projection distance is 2-4 meters.
- Alarm & Calendar: Two daily alarms with snooze function. Automatic or manual time setting via DCF radio signal. Time display in 12/24-hour format with selectable time zone. Weekday display in 7 languages (English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Danish).
- Additional Information: Moon phase display, outdoor dew point temperature, outdoor heat index, 3-level mold risk indicator.
- Display & Power: 4 levels of adjustable backlight brightness when powered by the adapter. Main unit dimensions: approx. 16.8cm x 10cm x 3.8cm.
Setup
1. Powering the Units
- Outdoor Sensor: Open the battery compartment on the back of the outdoor sensor. Insert 2 x AA batteries (not included), observing polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
- Main Unit: Insert 1 x CR2032 battery (not included) into the battery compartment on the back of the main unit. This battery serves as a backup for time settings during power outages. Connect the power adapter to the DC 5V port on the back of the main unit and plug it into a wall outlet. The display will light up.

2. Initial Synchronization (DCF & Sensor)
- Upon powering on, the main unit will automatically begin searching for the DCF radio signal for time synchronization and attempt to connect with the outdoor sensor.
- During DCF signal search, the backlight may turn off and buttons may be unresponsive. This is normal. The unit will resume full functionality once synchronization is complete. You can press the "DOWN" button to stop the signal search if needed.
- Ensure the outdoor sensor is placed within range (up to 200 feet / 60 meters) of the main unit and away from direct sunlight or rain.
3. Setting Time and Date Manually (if DCF signal is unavailable)
- Press and hold the "MODE" button to enter time setting mode.
- Use the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons to adjust values.
- Press "MODE" to confirm and move to the next setting (e.g., 12/24 hour format, hour, minute, year, month, day, weekday language, time zone).
- Press "MODE" again to exit setting mode.
4. Projection Setup
- The projection arm is located on the right side of the main unit.
- Adjust the angle of the projection arm to direct the projection onto a wall or ceiling. The arm can rotate up to 180 degrees.
- Use the focus ring on the projection lens to adjust the clarity of the projected image. Optimal clarity is achieved at a distance of 2 to 4 meters.
- There is a switch on the back of the unit labeled "Projection" to turn the projection ON or OFF.

Operation
1. Display Information
The main display shows the following information:
- Current Time, Date, and Weekday
- Weather Forecast icons (Sunny, Partly Cloudy, Cloudy, Rainy)
- Outdoor Temperature and Humidity
- Indoor Temperature and Humidity
- Moon Phase
- Comfort Level Indicator (smiley face)
- Mold Risk Indicator

2. Alarm Settings
- The unit has two independent alarms (ALARM1, ALARM2).
- To set an alarm, press the "ALARM" button repeatedly to select ALARM1 or ALARM2.
- Press and hold the "ALARM" button to enter alarm setting mode. Use "UP" or "DOWN" to adjust the hour and minute. Press "ALARM" to confirm.
- Use the physical switches on the back of the unit to turn ALARM1 and ALARM2 ON or OFF.
- When an alarm sounds, press the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button to activate snooze (alarm will sound again after 5 minutes). To stop the alarm, press any other button.

3. Backlight Adjustment
When powered by the adapter, the backlight is continuously active. Press the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button repeatedly to cycle through 4 levels of brightness (High, Medium, Low, Off).

4. Temperature Unit (°C/°F)
Press the "°C/°F" button on the top of the unit to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature display.
5. Outdoor Sensor Channels
If you have multiple outdoor sensors (up to 3 supported), press the "CH" button on the top of the unit to cycle through the sensor channels (CH1, CH2, CH3).

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit and sensor with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries in the outdoor sensor when the low battery indicator appears on the main unit. Replace the CR2032 backup battery in the main unit periodically or if time settings are lost during power outages.
- Placement: Ensure the outdoor sensor is protected from direct heavy rain and sunlight for accurate readings and extended lifespan.
