Important Safety Information

Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate, or install this product. Failure to do so could result in fire, electric shock, or serious personal injury.

• Always disconnect the fireplace from the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
• Do not use this fireplace outdoors.
• Keep combustible materials at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from the front of the fireplace.
• Do not run power cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
• This fireplace is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
• Close supervision is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the fireplace is left operating and unattended.

Setup and Installation

The Maxhonor Electric Fireplace offers three installation modes: in-wall recessed mounting, wall-hang mounted, and freestanding.

1. Freestanding Installation

For freestanding use, attach the provided base to the bottom of the fireplace unit. Ensure the base is securely fastened to provide stability.

2. Wall-Hang Mounted Installation

Identify a suitable wall location, ensuring it is structurally sound to support the fireplace's weight. Mark and drill holes according to the provided template, then secure the mounting bracket. Carefully lift and hang the fireplace unit onto the bracket.

3. In-Wall Recessed Mounting

This method requires creating an opening in the wall. Ensure the opening dimensions match the fireplace specifications (40"L x 17"H x 4.1"W for this model). Consult a professional if unsure about wall modifications. Once the opening is prepared, slide the fireplace unit into the recess and secure it using the appropriate hardware.

Operating Instructions

The Maxhonor Electric Fireplace can be operated using the touch panel on the unit or the included remote control.

• Power (ON/OFF): Press to turn the fireplace on or off.
• Flame Color Setting: Cycle through 12 different flame colors to match your ambiance. The fireplace also features a breathable ambiance effect with gradient colors.
• Flame Brightness Setting: Adjust the intensity of the flame effect.
• Heater (750W/1500W): Toggle between low (750W) and high (1500W) heat settings.
• Temperature Setting: Set the desired room temperature from 62°F to 82°F. The heater will automatically turn on/off to maintain this temperature.
• Timer Setting: Program the fireplace to turn off automatically after a set period, from 1 hour to 8 hours.

Flame Effects and Ember Bed

The fireplace features ultra-high-definition full-screen glass for a realistic flame presentation. You can choose between a log set or crystal stones for the ember bed, both offering 12 distinct flame colors.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your fireplace.

• Cleaning: Ensure the fireplace is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Air Vents: Periodically check and clean the air vents to ensure unobstructed airflow for the heater.
• Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, keep it in a dry, dust-free location.
