1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Ensure the appliance is unplugged during assembly.

  1. Place the motor unit on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Insert the auger into the grinding head.
  3. Place the cutting blade onto the end of the auger shaft, ensuring the sharp edges face outwards towards the grinding plate.
  4. Select the desired grinding plate (fine, medium, or coarse) and place it over the cutting blade, aligning the notch on the plate with the pin on the grinding head.
  5. Screw the locking ring onto the grinding head until it is hand-tight. Do not overtighten.
  6. Attach the feeding tray to the top of the grinding head.

4. Operating Instructions

Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a 220V power outlet.

  1. Prepare the meat by cutting it into pieces that fit easily into the feeding tube (approximately 4cm in diameter). Remove any bones, gristle, or tough tendons.
  2. Place a suitable container under the grinding head to collect the ground meat.
  3. Turn the control switch to the 'ON' position to start the motor.
  4. Carefully place the prepared meat onto the feeding tray. Use the food pusher to guide the meat into the feeding tube. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push meat into the grinder.
  5. Allow the grinder to process the meat. If the grinder becomes jammed, switch the control to 'R' (Reverse) for a few seconds to clear the blockage, then switch back to 'ON'.
  6. Once grinding is complete, turn the control switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and hygienic operation of your meat grinder.

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble the grinding head components: remove the locking ring, grinding plate, cutting blade, and auger.
  3. Wash all disassembled parts (feeding tray, auger, cutting blade, grinding plates, locking ring) in warm soapy water. Use a brush to remove any meat residue.
  4. Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water.
  5. Dry all parts immediately and completely to prevent rust, especially for the metal components.
  6. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water.
  7. Store the cleaned and dried parts in a dry place.
