Mac OS System: Display Limitations

Due to Mac OS limitations, this laptop docking station CANNOT extend two different screens. It only supports Mirror Mode or dual mode, where the three external monitors show the same content but differ from the host display.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Display Output: Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode. Check all cable connections (USB-C to hub, HDMI/VGA to monitor). Try restarting your laptop. For Windows, press `Window + P` to select display mode. For Mac, go to System Settings > Displays > Arrangement.
