The 5-step filtration system captures 99.99% of dust and dirt, first separating larger debris and then filtering fine dust. Regular cleaning of these components is crucial.
Emptying the Dust Bin
The dust cup has a capacity of 13.5 ounces. To empty, detach the dust bin from the main body and release the contents into a trash receptacle. Ensure the bin is securely reattached before next use.
Troubleshooting
- Reduced Suction: Check if the dust bin is full and empty it. Ensure all filters (metal dust filter, 1st & 2nd cyclones, pre-filter, fine dust filter) are clean and properly installed. Refer to the 'Maintenance and Care' section for cleaning instructions.
- Short Battery Life: Ensure both batteries are fully charged. Each battery provides up to 40 minutes of runtime. If one battery is depleted, swap it with the fully charged spare. If battery performance significantly degrades, contact customer support.
