4.3. iCUE Software Installation

To unlock the full potential of your IRONCLAW RGB Wireless mouse, including DPI customization, button remapping, and RGB lighting control, download and install the Corsair iCUE software from the official Corsair website (www.corsair.com/icue).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. DPI Adjustment

The mouse features a custom Pixart PMW3391 optical sensor with a native 18,000 DPI. You can adjust the DPI sensitivity in 1 DPI resolution steps for precise control. The three RGB lighting zones can be customized with a wide range of colors and effects. The iCUE software allows you to synchronize lighting with other iCUE-compatible Corsair devices, create custom lighting profiles, and adjust brightness.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

To clean your mouse, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the mouse's internal components. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

6.2. Battery Care

The mouse contains a Lithium Polymer battery. For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it regularly, especially if it will be stored for an extended period. The mouse can be used while charging via the USB cable.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is charged. Check the connection method (SLIPSTREAM dongle securely plugged in, Bluetooth paired, or USB cable connected). Try a different USB port.
  • Wireless connection issues: Ensure the wireless USB transceiver is close to the mouse and not obstructed. Avoid sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects).
  • iCUE software not detecting mouse: Ensure the iCUE software is up to date. Try restarting your computer and the software. Reinstall the software if issues persist.
  • Buttons or scroll wheel not working: Check for any physical obstructions. If using iCUE, ensure no conflicting profiles or assignments are active.
