2. Game Components

Before starting, ensure all components are present. The game includes:

• 6 Villain Movers (representing Captain Hook, Ursula, Prince John, Jafar, Maleficent, Queen of Hearts)

3. Setup

1. Choose Your Villain: Each player selects a Disney Villain they wish to embody. Take the corresponding Villain Mover, Villain Deck, Fate Deck, and Player Board (Realm Board).
2. Place Realm Board: Place your chosen Villain's Realm Board in front of you. This board represents your Villain's domain.
3. Shuffle Decks: Shuffle your Villain Deck and place it face down on its designated spot on your Realm Board. Shuffle your Fate Deck and place it face down on its designated spot on your Realm Board.
4. Draw Starting Hand: Draw four cards from your Villain Deck to form your starting hand.
5. Place Villain Mover: Place your Villain Mover on the leftmost location of your Realm Board.
6. Power Tokens: Place the Power Tokens in a general supply accessible to all players.
7. Determine First Player: The player who most recently watched a Disney movie goes first. Play proceeds clockwise.

4. Gameplay

4.1. Player Turn Sequence

On your turn, you will perform the following actions:

1. Move Your Villain Mover: Move your Villain Mover to any location on your Realm Board. You cannot stay in the same location.
2. Perform Actions: Perform the actions available at the location where your Villain Mover landed. Actions are indicated by symbols on the board and may include:
   • Gain Power: Collect Power Tokens from the supply.
   • Play a Card: Play a card from your hand by paying its Power cost.
   • Activate: Use the ability of a card already in play.
   • Move an Item/Ally: Relocate an Item or Ally card.
   • Vanquish: Defeat a Hero card in your Realm.
   • Fate: Choose an opponent and draw two cards from their Fate Deck. Play one of these cards to hinder their progress.
3. Draw Cards: Draw cards from your Villain Deck until you have four cards in your hand. If your deck runs out, shuffle your discard pile to form a new deck.

4.2. Achieving Your Objective

Each Villain has a unique objective that must be met to win the game. This objective is detailed on your Villain's individual guide. Examples include:

• Captain Hook: Defeat Peter Pan at the Jolly Roger.
• Ursula: Have the Trident and Crown at Ursula's Lair.
• Jafar: Have the Magic Lamp at the Sultan's Palace and the Genie under your control.
