He keeps tabs on player's money and Properties so there's no cash or cards to think about. Talk to Mr. Monopoly and he responds to certain commands. With the Monopoly Voice Banking game, players travel around the board aiming to be the person with the most money and highest property value to win!

2.1 Unpacking Contents

Carefully unpack all components from the game box. The game includes:

• Top Hat banking unit (including top and brim)

2.2 Battery Installation

The voice banking unit requires three 1.5V x AA Alkaline batteries. Demo batteries are included. To install or replace batteries:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the voice banking unit.
2. Using a screwdriver, open the battery compartment.
3. Insert three AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment and secure it with the screw.

• "Pay Rent on [Property Name]": When landing on an opponent's property, state this command. Mr. Monopoly will deduct the rent from your account and add it to the owner's. Example: "Pay Rent on Marvin Gardens".
• "Ride the Railroad": Used when landing on a Railroad space.
• "Chance Card" or "Community Chest Card": Announce when landing on these spaces. Mr. Monopoly will instruct you on the card's effect.
• "What's my balance?": Mr. Monopoly will tell you your current money total.
