3. Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Milwaukee M18 Fuel String Trimmer.

3.1 Attaching the String Trimmer Head

1. Ensure the power head is turned off and the battery pack is removed.
2. Align the arrow on the QUIK-LOK String Trimmer Attachment with the arrow on the M18 FUEL Power Head.
3. Push the attachment into the power head until it clicks into place.
4. Tighten the locking knob on the power head to secure the attachment.

3.2 Installing the Auxiliary Handle

1. Loosen the knob on the auxiliary handle.

3. To Stop: Release the trigger. The motor will stop.

4.2 Trimming Techniques

• Sweeping Motion: Use a side-to-side sweeping motion, keeping the trimmer head slightly above the ground.
