1. Product Overview

The DOSS SoundBox Pro+ is a versatile portable Bluetooth speaker engineered for superior audio performance and durability. It combines powerful sound output with dynamic lighting effects, making it an ideal companion for various listening experiences.

3. Product Layout and Controls

Top Panel Controls:

• Power Button (): Press and hold to power on/off.
• Extra Bass Button: Press to activate/deactivate enhanced bass mode.
• Mode Button: Cycle through input modes (Bluetooth, AUX, Micro SD).
• Play/Pause Button (): Play or pause audio.
• Volume Up (+): Increase volume. Press and hold for next track.
• Volume Down (-): Decrease volume. Press and hold for previous track.
• ADD Button: Used for Wireless Stereo Pairing (TWS) function.

Rear Panel Ports:

• DC 5V (Micro USB) Port: For charging the speaker.
• AUX-in Port: For connecting external audio devices via a 3.5mm audio cable.
• TF Card Slot: For playing music directly from a Micro SD card.
• Reset Button: Small pinhole for resetting the device if needed.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

1. Connect the Micro USB charging cable to the DC 5V port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicator will show charging status. It will turn off when fully charged.

4.2 Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power button until the indicator lights up.
• To power off, press and hold the Power button until the indicator turns off.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing blue light).
2. Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
3. Search for "DOSS SoundBox Pro+" in your device's Bluetooth list and select it to connect.
4. Once successfully paired, the blue light will become solid, and you will hear an audible confirmation.

4.4 Wireless Stereo Pairing (TWS)

1. Ensure both SoundBox Pro+ speakers are powered on and not connected to any device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the "ADD" button. It will enter TWS pairing mode.
3. On the second speaker, press the "ADD" button. It will search for the primary speaker.
4. Once successfully paired, both speakers will indicate a successful TWS connection.
5. Connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth. Audio will now play through both speakers in stereo.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Audio Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button.
• Volume Adjustment: Press the '+' button to increase volume, '-' button to decrease volume.
• Next Track: Press and hold the '+' button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' button.

5.2 Extra Bass Function

The speaker is equipped with a dedicated Extra Bass button to enhance low-frequency output.

• Press the "Extra Bass" button to activate the enhanced bass mode. The indicator light above the button will illuminate.
• Press the "Extra Bass" button again to deactivate the mode. The indicator light will turn off.

5.3 Light Modes

The DOSS SoundBox Pro+ features multi-color lights that can sync with your music.

• The lights are typically active when the speaker is powered on.
• Refer to the full user manual (PDF) for detailed instructions on cycling through different light modes or turning them off.

5.4 AUX-in Mode

To play audio from a device without Bluetooth capability:

1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX-in port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end to the audio output of your device.
3. Press the "Mode" button on the speaker until it enters AUX-in mode.
4. Control playback and volume from your connected device.

5.5 Micro SD Card Mode

To play music directly from a Micro SD card:

1. Insert a Micro SD card (with MP3 audio files) into the TF Card slot on the speaker.
2. The speaker should automatically switch to Micro SD card mode and begin playing. If not, press the "Mode" button to select it.
3. Use the speaker's controls for playback (Play/Pause, Volume Up/Down, Next/Previous Track).

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your DOSS SoundBox Pro+ speaker.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Water Resistance: While IPX6 waterproof, avoid submerging the speaker in water. Ensure the rubber flap covering the ports on the rear is securely closed before exposure to water.
• Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Battery Care: To preserve battery life, fully charge the speaker before first use and at least once every three months if not used regularly.
