2. Safety Information

3.2 Removing Transport Bolts

3. Insert the plastic caps (provided in the accessory bag) into the holes left by the bolts.

3.3 Location and Leveling

Place the washing machine on a firm, level floor. Adjust the adjustable feet to ensure the appliance is perfectly level and stable. Use a spirit level to verify.

3.4 Water and Electrical Connection

• Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
• Position the drain hose into a standpipe or over the edge of a sink, ensuring it is securely fixed to prevent displacement during draining.
• Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance operates on 220-230V AC, 50Hz.

4.2 Loading Laundry

Open the door and load laundry into the drum. Do not overload the machine; ensure there is enough space for clothes to tumble freely. Close the door firmly.

4.3 Detergent Dispensing (Autodose System)

The Autodose 9425 features an automatic dosing system. Fill the detergent and fabric softener compartments in the dispenser drawer. 4.4 Selecting and Starting a Program

6.1 Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser

Periodically remove the detergent dispenser drawer and rinse it under running water to remove any detergent or softener residue. Clean the housing of the drawer with a brush.

6.2 Cleaning the Drain Pump Filter

The drain pump filter should be cleaned regularly to prevent blockages and ensure proper drainage. This is typically located at the bottom front of the machine.

1. Place a shallow container under the filter cover to catch any residual water.
2. Open the filter cover (usually a small door at the bottom front).
3. Slowly unscrew the filter counter-clockwise until water starts to drain. Allow all water to drain.
4. Once drained, fully remove the filter and clean any lint, debris, or foreign objects.
5. Rinse the filter under running water and reinsert it, screwing it clockwise until tight. Close the cover.

6.3 Cleaning the Drum and Exterior

• Run a maintenance wash (e.g., a hot cycle with no laundry and a descaling agent) periodically to clean the drum.
• Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Clean the door seal regularly to prevent mold buildup.
