4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Site Selection
Choose a well-ventilated outdoor location, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure sufficient clearance around the unit for proper airflow (minimum 50cm from walls or other obstructions). The ground must be level and capable of supporting the unit's weight (49 kg).
4.2 Plumbing Connection
- Connect the heat pump to your pool's filtration system after the filter and before any chemical injection points.
- Use the provided PVC connectors (Ø 50mm) for water inlet and outlet.
- Ensure all connections are watertight to prevent leaks.
- Install a bypass valve system to allow for maintenance without draining the pool.
