• 18W Power Delivery USB-C Port

  The Type-C port supports PD protocol, providing 9-12V high voltage output, making it compatible with devices like MacBook, new Type-C iPad Pro, and new 13" MacBook Air with Retina display. This versatile USB-C port is also compatible with QC 3.0 protocol, ensuring optimal charging speed for compatible devices. For example, it can boost 50% battery to an iPhone X/8/8 Plus in approximately 30 minutes (USB-C to Lightning cable not included).

  The power bank can be fully recharged in approximately 7 hours using a QC/PD 3.0 charger. It features two standard USB ports, a Quick Charge port, and a USB-C port, allowing simultaneous charging of multiple devices. These ports intelligently detect connected devices to set optimal charging parameters. Setup and Initial Use

Charging the Power Bank

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Charmast Power Bank. Use the provided USB-A to USB-C cable or a Micro USB cable with a compatible wall adapter (not included). For fastest charging, use a QC/PD 3.0 compatible charger.

• Connect the appropriate charging cable to one of the input ports (USB-C, Micro USB, or Lightning In) on the power bank.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a USB wall charger or a computer's USB port.
• The indicator lights or digital display will show the charging progress.
• A full charge typically takes about 7 hours with a QC/PD 3.0 charger.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices

The Charmast Power Bank offers multiple output options to charge your devices:

• Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB Output ports (USB Output 1, USB Output 2, USB Output 3/QC) or the Type-C Output/Input port on the power bank.
• Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
• The power bank will automatically detect your device and begin charging. If not, press the power button on the side to initiate charging.
• You can charge up to four devices simultaneously using the available output ports.

Maintenance

• Regular Recharging: To maintain battery health, recharge your power bank at least once every three months, even if not in use. This prevents deep discharge which can damage the battery.
• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the power bank. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
• Handling: Avoid dropping the power bank or subjecting it to strong impacts.

• Power Bank Not Charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source.
  • Verify that the wall adapter or USB port is functioning correctly.
  • Try a different charging cable or adapter.
• Device Not Charging from Power Bank:
  • Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.
  • Press the power button on the power bank to activate output.
  • Check if the charging cable connecting the device to the power bank is working and properly connected.
  • Try a different output port on the power bank.
• Quick Charge (QC 3.0) Not Working for Certain Phones:
  • Some specific phone models may be incompatible with the QC 3.0 function due to differing charging protocols and chipsets.
  • Incompatible models include Samsung phones using AFC charging protocol (S9 version above, S9+/S10/S10+/S10e etc.) and Huawei Phones using SCP SuperCharge protocol (P series P10/P10 plus/20/20 Pro, Mate series Mate9/10 Pro Mate RS, Honor series 10/V10).
