1. Introduction

The JobSite Silent Convection Boot Dryer is designed to safely and effectively dry and warm various types of footwear and gloves. Utilizing fanless thermal air circulation, it prevents damage from excessive heat while helping to reduce odors caused by moisture. 2. Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.

4. Setup

1. Place the dryer base unit on a flat, stable surface.
2. Insert the extendable drying tubes into the designated slots on the base unit. Ensure they are securely seated.
3. Extend the drying tubes to the desired height for your footwear or accessories.
4. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. A red indicator light on the base will illuminate, signifying the unit is powered on and beginning to warm up.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Drying Footwear and Gloves

1. Ensure the dryer is plugged in and the indicator light is on. The unit will begin to produce warm, circulating air.
2. Place your boots, shoes, or gloves over the drying tubes. For boots, ensure the opening is positioned over the top of the tube to allow air to circulate freely inside.
3. The fanless convection system gently dries items without excessive heat, preventing damage to delicate materials like leather or rubber.
4. The silent operation allows for convenient overnight drying without disturbance.

5.2 Recommended Drying Times

• Warm-up: Approximately 30 minutes for the unit to reach optimal operating temperature.
• Damp Items: Allow 8 hours for damp boots, shoes, or gloves to dry completely.
• Wet Items: For thoroughly wet items, allow up to 12 hours for complete drying.

6. Maintenance

• Always unplug the dryer before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ensure the air vents on the base unit are free from dust and debris to maintain optimal airflow.
• Store the dryer in a cool, dry place when not in use. The drying tubes can be detached for more compact storage.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Dryer Not Turning On

• Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the dryer and the electrical outlet.
• Verify that the electrical outlet is functional by plugging in another appliance.

7.2 Insufficient Drying

• Ensure the drying tubes are fully extended and positioned correctly within the footwear/gloves to allow for proper air circulation.
• Confirm that the recommended drying times are being followed based on the dampness level of the items.
• Check for any obstructions in the air vents on the base unit.
