1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1 Powering the Keyboard

The Pyle PKBRD6111 features a built-in 3.7V Li-ion 1400mAh rechargeable battery. To charge the keyboard:

  1. Connect the provided USB charge power cable to the keyboard's charging port.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The keyboard will indicate charging status, typically via an LED indicator.

The keyboard can also be operated while connected to a power source.

4.2 Attaching the Music Sheet Stand

Locate the slot on the top rear of the keyboard. Insert the music sheet stand holder firmly into this slot until it is securely in place.

4.3 Connecting the Microphone

Plug the wired microphone's 3.5mm jack into the 'MIC IN' port located on the keyboard's control panel.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the POWER button to turn the keyboard on or off. The digital LCD display will illuminate upon power-on.

5.2 Adjusting Volume

Use the VOLUME control buttons (typically labeled with '+' and '-') to increase or decrease the overall sound level. The maximum sound level is up to 110 dB.

5.3 Selecting Tones

The keyboard features 16 preset selectable tones. To select a tone:

  1. Press the TONE SELECT button.
  2. Use the number buttons or arrow keys to cycle through the available tones (e.g., T00 Piano, T01 Harp, T02 Organ, etc.).
  3. The selected tone number will be displayed on the LCD screen.

5.4 Selecting Rhythms

The keyboard includes 10 preset selectable audio rhythms. To select a rhythm:

  1. Press the RHYTHM SELECT button.
  2. Use the number buttons or arrow keys to cycle through the available rhythms (e.g., R00 Disco, R01 Dance, R02 Funk, etc.).
  3. The selected rhythm number will be displayed on the LCD screen.

5.5 Using the Integrated Drum Pad

The keyboard features an integrated button drum pad. Press the individual drum pad buttons to add percussive sounds to your music.

5.6 Record and Playback Mode

The record and playback function allows you to capture and review your performances:

  1. Press the RECORD button to begin recording your playing.
  2. Play your desired melody.
  3. Press the PLAY button to listen to your recorded performance.

5.7 Karaoke/Microphone Function

With the wired microphone connected, you can sing along while playing the keyboard. Adjust the microphone volume as needed.

5.8 Connecting External Audio Devices

The keyboard includes an AUX (3.5mm) input jack, allowing you to connect and stream audio from external devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, or computers.

  1. Connect one end of the provided audio cable to the 'AUX IN' port on the keyboard.
  2. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device.
  3. Play audio from your external device, and it will be routed through the keyboard's built-in speakers.

5.9 Auto Power Off

The keyboard is equipped with an auto power-off function to conserve battery life. If left inactive for a certain period, the unit will automatically power down. Press any key or the power button to reactivate it.
