2. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly of your Outsunny Yurt Tent. It is recommended to have at least two people for easier setup.
- Prepare the Area: Choose a flat, clear area for your tent. Lay the tent fabric out flat on the ground.
- Secure the Base: Stake the edges of the black base of the tent first. Ensure the base is spread evenly.
- Assemble the Center Pole: Connect the sections of the large center pole. Ensure the plastic caps are securely on the top and bottom. Enter the tent through the door opening, find the reinforced square in the middle of the black bottom, and place the bottom of the pole there. Carefully raise the tent by lifting the center pole. This step is significantly easier with two people.
- Attach Guy Ropes: Locate the black canvas loops around the tent's perimeter. Tie one end of the support ropes to these loops. Then, tie the other end to a tent stake and drive the stake into the ground, angling outward from the center of the tent. Ensure these ropes are very taut for stability. Note that there will be one long string specifically for the door area.
- Install Door Pole: Assemble the triangular door pole. The loops for this pole are on the inside of the door. Starting at the top, run the first section through the top loop, then connect the next section, go through the second loop, and so on. Find the footer hole in the bottom and insert the pole. Attach the top piece with a single point through the hole, then work your way down the other side.
- Secure Door Ropes: Attach the door rope and stake it to the ground.

3. Operating Instructions
To maximize comfort and functionality:
- Ventilation: Utilize the double-layered doors with mesh panels and the four mesh window vents for optimal airflow. The four vents at the top also allow wind to pass through, increasing stability and reducing heat buildup.
- Capacity: The tent is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Arrange sleeping areas to maximize personal space.
- Weather Protection: The tent's waterproof fabric and UV protection ensure comfort in various weather conditions. In heavy rain, ensure all zippers are fully closed and guy lines are taut.

4. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your tent:
- Cleaning: The tent fabric should be hand washed. Use mild soap and water for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: Always ensure the tent is completely dry before packing it away to prevent mold and mildew.
- Storage: Store the tent in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided carry bags for organized storage of the tent and its components.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the tent for any signs of wear, tear, or damage to the fabric, zippers, poles, or stakes. Address any issues promptly.
5. Troubleshooting
- Water Leakage: If you experience minor leaks, ensure all guy lines are properly tightened and the tent is pitched on level ground. For persistent issues, consider applying an additional waterproofing spray to the seams and fabric.
- Excessive Heat Inside: On hot days, maximize ventilation by opening all mesh windows and doors. Ensure the top vents are clear. Portable fans can also help improve comfort.
- Stakes Bending/Breaking: When driving stakes into hard ground, apply even pressure. If the ground is very rocky, consider using a ground tarp to protect the tent floor and prevent sharp objects from poking through.
- Zipper Issues: Zippers can be delicate. Operate them gently and ensure no fabric is caught. If a zipper becomes stiff, a silicone-based lubricant can help.
