3. Setup

3.1. Battery Installation

1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the cordless handset.
2. Insert the two supplied AAA rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
4. Place the handset on the base unit to charge for at least 7 hours before initial use. The charge indicator on the handset or base unit will confirm charging.

4. Operating Instructions

3. To end the call, press the OFF button or place the handset back on the base unit.

4.2. Receiving Calls

When the phone rings:

• Press the TALK button.
• To end the call, press the OFF button or place the handset back on the base unit.

4.3. Adjusting Volume

During a call, press the VOLUME up or down buttons on the side of the handset to adjust the earpiece volume.

4.4. Using Speakerphone

During a call, press the SPEAKERPHONE button to activate the speakerphone function. Press it again to return to the earpiece.
