4. Setup

1. Charge the Battery: Before first use, fully charge the lithium-ion battery. The handle unit contains the battery and charging port. Connect the provided charger to a standard electrical outlet and then to the charging port on the handle. A green light indicates a full charge. Do not leave plugged in overnight after the battery is full, as this is not a smart charger.
2. Assemble the Sprayer: Attach the hose to the tank and the wand to the shut-off valve. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
3. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle for your application (Brass adjustable, flat fan, or foaming nozzle) and attach it to the end of the wand.
4. Prepare Solution: Carefully mix your desired water-soluble solution according to the chemical manufacturer's instructions.
5. Fill Tank: Unscrew the handle assembly from the tank. Pour the prepared solution into the 2-gallon tank, observing the fill markings. Do not overfill.
6. Secure Handle: Re-attach the handle assembly firmly to the tank, ensuring a tight seal.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Activate Pump: Press the power button on the handle. The green light will illuminate, and the pump will begin to pressurize the tank. It will automatically stop once optimal pressure (20 psi) is reached. The pump will reactivate as needed during spraying to maintain consistent pressure.
2. Begin Spraying: Aim the nozzle at the target area. Squeeze the trigger on the shut-off valve to begin spraying. You can use the lock-on feature for continuous spraying.
3. Adjust Spray Pattern: Rotate the brass adjustable nozzle to change the spray pattern from a fine mist to a solid stream. Flat fan and foaming nozzles provide specific spray patterns.
4. Monitor Battery: If the green light on the handle starts blinking, it indicates the battery is at approximately 25% charge and should be recharged soon.
5. Finish Spraying: Release the trigger to stop spraying. If using the lock-on feature, disengage it.
6. Release Pressure: Before opening the tank or storing, always release any remaining pressure using the red pressure release valve located on the side of the handle assembly.

6. Maintenance

4. Storage: Store the sprayer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Ensure the tank is empty and pressure is released before storage.

• No Spray/Low Pressure:

• Leaking:
  • Check all connections (hose to tank, wand to shut-off, nozzle to wand) for tightness.

  • Ensure the pressure release valve is fully seated.
• Pump Not Activating:
  • Verify battery is charged and properly inserted.
  • Ensure the power button is pressed.
