Setup and Installation

Mounting

The HH4-4RN timer is designed for panel mounting. Ensure the panel cutout size is 45 x 45 mm. Insert the timer into the cutout and secure it using the provided mounting brackets from the rear of the panel.

Wiring

Before connecting any wires, ensure the power supply is disconnected to prevent electrical shock. Refer to the wiring diagram below for correct connections. The timer accepts a power supply of 90-265V AC/DC.

Connect the power supply to terminals 7 and 8. The relay output (OUT1) consists of terminals 1 (Normally Open - NO), 2 (Common - COM), and 3 (Normally Closed - NC). Connect your load to the appropriate relay terminals based on your application requirements.

  • PV Display: Shows the current accumulated time or countdown value.
  • SV Display: Shows the set alarm value or target time.
  • SET Button: Used to enter programming mode and confirm settings.
  • RST Button: Resets the timer. Also functions as a start/pause control.
  • Up/Down Buttons: Used to adjust numerical values during setting.
  • H/M/S Indicators: Indicate the currently selected time unit (Hours, Minutes, Seconds).

Basic Operation

  1. Power On: Connect the timer to a 90-265V AC/DC power supply. The display will illuminate.
  2. Start/Pause: Press the RST button to start or pause the timing process.
  3. Reset: To reset the timer to its initial state, press and hold the RST button for a few seconds until the display clears or resets.

Setting Time and Alarm Values

  1. Press the SET button to enter the setting mode. The SV display will start flashing.
  2. Use the Up and Down buttons to adjust the desired time or alarm value.
  3. Press SET again to confirm the value and move to the next setting parameter (if applicable).
  4. Continue pressing SET until all parameters are configured and the timer returns to normal operation mode.

Adjusting Time Units (H/M/S)
