2. Safety Information

To prevent fire, electric shock, or product damage, please observe the following safety precautions:

  • Do not expose the unit to rain or moisture.
  • Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  • Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
  • Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  • Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
  • Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way.

4.1 Main Unit Features

  • Front Panel: Power button, Microphone inputs, Echo control, Key control, Volume control, DVD/CD tray, Playback controls (Play, Pause, Stop, Skip), USB port, SD card slot.
  • Rear Panel: Audio/Video output ports for connection to a TV or audio system.

4.2 Remote Control

The remote control allows you to operate all functions of the karaoke system from a distance, including power, volume, track selection, karaoke effects, and menu navigation.

4.3 Microphone

The included microphone is designed for clear vocal pickup during karaoke performances. Connect it to one of the MIC IN jacks on the front panel.

5. Setup

5.1 Connecting to a Television

  1. Ensure both the karaoke system and your television are powered off.
  2. Connect an RCA audio/video cable (not included) from the "VIDEO OUT" and "AUDIO OUT (L/R)" ports on the rear of the karaoke system to the corresponding "VIDEO IN" and "AUDIO IN (L/R)" ports on your television.
  3. Alternatively, if your TV supports it, connect via a compatible USB cable (not included) to the USB port on the karaoke system.

5.2 Power Connection

Connect the power adapter (not included, as the device is battery-powered) to the DC IN jack on the karaoke system and then plug it into a suitable power outlet. Ensure the unit is charged or has sufficient battery power for operation.

5.3 Microphone Connection

Plug the microphone cable into one of the MIC IN jacks on the front panel of the karaoke system.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Operation

  1. Power on the television and select the correct input source (e.g., AV1, HDMI).
  2. Press the POWER button on the karaoke system or remote control to turn it on.
  3. Insert a DVD, VCD, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, or MP3 disc into the disc tray. Alternatively, insert a USB drive or SD card into the respective slots.
  4. The system will automatically detect the media and display the menu on your TV screen.

6.2 Karaoke Functions

  • Volume Control: Adjust the main volume using the VOLUME knob on the unit or the VOL +/- buttons on the remote.
  • Microphone Volume: Adjust the microphone volume using the dedicated MIC VOL knob.
  • Echo Control: Use the ECHO knob to add or reduce echo effect to your vocals.
  • Key Control: Adjust the musical key of the song to match your vocal range using the KEY +/- buttons on the remote.
  • Vocal Cancel: For some karaoke discs, you can remove the original lead vocals using the VOCAL CANCEL button.
  • Melody Guide: Some discs may offer a melody guide feature to help you sing along.
  • Song Selection: Use the numeric keypad on the remote to select songs directly or navigate through the on-screen menu.

6.3 USB/SD Playback

Insert a USB flash drive or SD card containing compatible audio (MP3) or video files into the respective port. Use the remote control to navigate and select files for playback.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners.
  • Disc Care: Handle discs by their edges. Keep them clean and free from scratches. Store them in their cases when not in use.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
