Step 4: Attaching the Air Mattress Cover

Step 5: Assembling Tent Poles

Connect the fiberglass tent poles. They are typically strung together with an elastic cord for easy assembly. Ensure all sections are fully inserted and secure. One pole will have a crook on the end for specific attachment.

Step 6: Attaching Tent to Cot Frame

Unfold the tent canopy. Locate the central tie point at the top of the tent and attach the cross connector. Starting from the bottom, feed the tent poles through the sleeves on the tent fabric, guiding them towards the top. Once the poles are through the sleeves, insert the metal tip of each pole into the corresponding hole on the cot frame. Secure the strap around the bottom of each pole to the cot frame for stability.

Operating Instructions

  • Ventilation: The tent features two mesh windows and a large zippered door for optimal airflow. Open these for ventilation during warm weather or zip them closed for privacy and protection from elements.
  • Comfort: The air mattress provides a comfortable sleeping surface. Adjust inflation to your preferred firmness. The elevated cot keeps you away from cold or damp ground.
  • Separate Use: The tent, cot, and air mattress can be used together as a complete unit or detached and used separately depending on your camping needs.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Hand wash the tent fabric and mattress cover with mild soap and water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Allow all components to air dry completely before packing away to prevent mildew.
  • Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before folding and storing them in the carry bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Air Mattress Care: Avoid over-inflating the air mattress. Keep sharp objects away from the mattress to prevent punctures.
