1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your Magic Chef 2.7 cu. ft. White All in One Ventless Washer Dryer Combo. Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance and retain this manual for future reference.

This appliance combines the functions of a washer and a condensing ventless dryer in a single unit, designed for convenience and space-saving.

2. Important Safety Information

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, observe the following basic precautions:

3.3 Installation

1. Connect Water Hoses: Attach the hot and cold water inlet hoses to the corresponding valves on the back of the appliance and to your household water supply. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
2. Position Drain Hose: Securely place the drain hose into a sink or standpipe, ensuring it is properly secured to prevent dislodging during operation.
3. Level the Appliance: Use a level to ensure the washer dryer is perfectly level. Adjust the leveling feet as needed to prevent excessive vibration and noise during cycles.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel Overview

The appliance features electronic controls with an LED display for easy operation. The control panel includes a rotary knob for cycle selection and touch buttons for various options.

4.2 Loading Laundry

Open the front-load door and place laundry items loosely into the stainless steel drum. Do not overload the machine to ensure effective washing and drying. The 2.7 cu. ft. capacity is suitable for various load sizes, including bedding.

4.3 Adding Detergent

Add the appropriate amount of detergent and any fabric softeners to the dispenser drawer. Refer to your detergent's instructions for recommended quantities.

4.4 Selecting Wash Cycles

Turn the rotary knob to select one of the 16 available wash cycles. Common cycles include:

• Normal/Cotton
• Heavy Duty
• Bulky/Large
• Delicates
• Wool
• Baby Wear
• Sanitary
• Quick Wash
• Perm Press
• Sports Wear

4.5 Selecting Dry Cycles

After a wash cycle, you can select a dry cycle. The appliance offers additional dry cycles. Note that condensing dry times will vary depending on the load size and fabric type, and may take longer than conventional vented dryers.

4.6 Temperature Settings

Choose from five wash and rinse temperatures to suit your fabric needs: Hot+, Hot, Warm, Eco, Cold.

4.7 Spin Speed Settings

Adjust the spin speed up to 1300 Maximum RPM for better water extraction, which can reduce drying time.

4.8 Soil Level Settings

Select one of the 3 soil level settings (Light, Medium, Heavy) for optimal cleaning of lightly to heavily soiled items.

4.9 Delay Start

The delay start function allows you to postpone the start time of a cycle from one to 24 hours.

4.10 Child Lock

Activate the child lock feature for added safety and peace of mind, preventing unintended operation by children.
