Installation Instructions

The Vesta Flush Mount Ceiling Light features an Easy Connect system for simplified installation. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure the power to the junction box is turned off at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
2. Prepare Mounting: Attach the mounting bracket (included) to the junction box using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
3. Wiring Connections:
   • Connect the bare copper ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box (usually bare copper or green) using a wire nut.
   • Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
   • Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (hot) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.

   Note: If your house wiring does not include a ground wire, consult a qualified electrician.

4. Attach Fixture: Carefully align the fixture with the mounting bracket and secure it using the provided screws. Ensure no wires are pinched during this step.
5. Install Bulbs: Insert two 60W Type A bulbs (not included) into the sockets. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
6. Restore Power: Once the fixture is securely installed and bulbs are in place, restore power at the circuit breaker.

Operation

The Vesta 2-Light Flush Mount Ceiling Light is operated via a standard wall switch connected to the circuit. Ensure the light bulbs are correctly installed before operation.

• Turning On/Off: Flip the wall switch to the "ON" position to illuminate the fixture. Flip it to the "OFF" position to turn off the light.
• Bulb Type: This fixture requires two Type A bulbs, up to 60W each. Incandescent bulbs are supported.
• Dimming: This fixture is noted as "Not Dimmable" in the specifications. Do not use with dimmer switches.
