Descaling
The brewer maintenance reminder will alert you when it is time to descale your coffee maker. Descaling is an important process that removes built-up calcium deposits, ensuring the best-tasting brew possible and prolonging the life of your machine. Refer to the full user guide for detailed descaling instructions.
Troubleshooting
For comprehensive troubleshooting, please refer to the official User Guide PDF provided by Keurig. Below are some common issues:
- "Add Water" Light On: This indicates the water reservoir is low or empty. Refill the reservoir with fresh water.
- "Descale" Light On: This indicates that the coffee maker needs to be descaled to remove mineral buildup. Follow the descaling procedure outlined in the full user manual.
- No Brew/Partial Brew: Ensure the water reservoir is properly seated and filled. Check that the K-Cup pod is correctly inserted and the handle is fully lowered.
- Coffee Tastes Weak: Try using the "STRONG" brew setting or a different K-Cup pod. Ensure the water filter is not expired or clogged.
