5. Assembly and Setup

The BEBLV300 can be configured for either blowing or vacuuming/shredding. Follow the steps below for proper assembly.

5.1. Vacuum/Shredder Mode Assembly

To set up the unit for vacuuming and shredding:

1. Rotate the fan guard anti-clockwise to open.
2. Insert the provided rod and pull back to release the fan guard.
3. Drop the fan guard forward.
4. Attach the vacuum tube, twisting clockwise to lock it securely.
5. Align the notches and snap the second part of the vacuum tube into place.
6. Attach the bag connector to the outlet on the main unit.
7. Unclip the latch on the collection backpack.
8. Roll the bars of the backpack opening 2-3 times.
9. Latch the retaining clip to secure the backpack.
10. To detach the tube, twist anti-clockwise.
11. Use the rod to release the fan guard for maintenance or mode change.
12. Reattach the fan guard by aligning and rotating clockwise.
13. To detach the bag connector, use the rod to press the release switch.

5.2. Blower Mode Assembly

To set up the unit for blowing leaves:

1. Assemble the upper and lower blow tubes.
2. Connect both tubes using the designated notch.
3. Push the assembled blow tubes onto the outlet until they lock securely.
4. To detach, insert the rod, press the release switch, and pull out the tube.

6. Operating Instructions

Ensure the tool is correctly assembled for the desired function and connected to a suitable 240V power supply.

6.1. Starting and Stopping

• To start the tool, press the power button located on the handle.
• To stop the tool, release the power button.

6.2. Variable Speed Control

The BEBLV300 features variable speed control, allowing you to adjust the air speed from 230 km/h to 404 km/h for blowing, and suction power up to 15 m³/min for vacuuming.

• Use lower speeds for delicate areas like flower beds or when working near obstacles.
• Increase the speed for clearing large piles of leaves or stubborn debris on open surfaces.

6.3. Blower Mode Operation

With the blow pipe attached, direct the nozzle towards the debris you wish to move. Use a sweeping motion to gather leaves into piles.

6.4. Vacuum/Shredder Mode Operation

With the vacuum tube and collection backpack attached, guide the nozzle over the leaves and debris. The powerful suction will draw them into the unit, where the integrated shredder will reduce their volume by up to 16:1 before depositing them into the 72L collection backpack.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your tool. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance.

7.1. Emptying the Collection Bag

When the collection bag is full, unclip the latch and empty the contents into a compost bin or waste receptacle. The 72-liter capacity allows for extended use before emptying.

• Wipe the exterior of the tool with a damp cloth. Do not use strong detergents or solvents.
• Periodically check the air intake vents for blockages and clear any debris.
