The watch tracks your activity, monitors sleep, and provides smart notifications, all while maintaining a long battery life.

3.1 Unboxing and Contents

Upon opening your NOERDEN MATE2 package, ensure all components are present:

3.2 App Installation

To unlock the full potential of your NOERDEN MATE2, download the official NOERDEN app on your smartphone. The app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

1. Search for 'NOERDEN' in the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
2. Download and install the application.
3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.

3.3 Pairing Your Smartwatch

Once the app is installed and your account is set up, you can pair your NOERDEN MATE2 with your smartphone via Bluetooth 4.0.

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
2. Open the NOERDEN app.
3. Navigate to the 'Add Device' or 'Pair Watch' section within the app.
4. Follow the app's instructions to detect and connect to your MATE2 smartwatch. The watch will automatically synchronize time and settings upon successful pairing.

4. Operating Your Smartwatch

4.1 Time Synchronization

The NOERDEN MATE2 automatically updates its time when connected to your smartphone, ensuring accurate timekeeping without manual adjustment.

4.2 Activity Tracking

Your MATE2 continuously tracks your daily activity. Data such as steps taken, distance covered, and calories burned are recorded. The watch also features automatic run detection.

4.3 Sleep Analysis

Wear your MATE2 to bed to monitor your sleep patterns. The app provides detailed analysis of your sleep, including light sleep, deep sleep, total duration, and awakenings.

4.4 Smart Notifications

Receive alerts for incoming calls, messages, and other notifications directly on your wrist. You can also reject incoming calls from the watch.

4.5 Music Control

Control your smartphone's music playback directly from your MATE2. This feature allows you to play, pause, and skip tracks without needing to access your phone.

It also supports data synchronization with Apple Health and WeChat Sport.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Water Resistance

The NOERDEN MATE2 is 5ATM waterproof, meaning it is suitable for showering, swimming, and other shallow water activities. However, it is not recommended for diving or high-pressure water activities. Avoid pressing buttons underwater.

5.2 Battery Replacement

The MATE2 uses a standard CR2 battery, offering a battery life of 6 months to 1 year depending on usage. When the battery is low, the NOERDEN app will notify you. Use the provided battery replacement tool to carefully open the watch back and replace the battery. Ensure the new battery is inserted correctly according to polarity markings.

5.3 Cleaning

To clean your MATE2, wipe the watch case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can damage the watch's finish or sapphire glass.

• Watch not connecting to app: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch battery is not depleted. Try restarting both your phone and the watch (if applicable, by removing and reinserting the battery).
• Time is incorrect: Ensure the watch is successfully paired with the app. Time synchronization is automatic upon connection.
• Activity data not syncing: Check your phone's internet connection and ensure the NOERDEN app is running in the background or open.
• Notifications not appearing: Verify that notification permissions are granted to the NOERDEN app in your phone's settings. Also, check if 'Do Not Disturb' mode is active on your phone.
• Short battery life: While the battery typically lasts 6-12 months, frequent use of smart features or a faulty battery can reduce its lifespan. Consider replacing the battery if it drains quickly.
