2. Important Safety Instructions

5.3 General Cooking Procedure

1. Prepare Ingredients: Measure and prepare all necessary ingredients according to your recipe.
2. Add Ingredients: Place the prepared ingredients into the non-stick inner pot. Ensure the pot is properly seated in the main unit.
3. Select Menu: Press the MENU button repeatedly until the desired cooking program is selected. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
4. Adjust Time/Temperature: Use the HORA and MIN buttons to set the cooking time. For certain programs, you may also adjust the temperature using the TEMP button.
5. Start Cooking: Press the START button to begin the cooking process. The LED display will show the remaining cooking time.
6. Keep Warm Function: Once cooking is complete, the appliance will automatically switch to a "Keep Warm" mode, maintaining the food at approximately 60 degrees Celsius until you are ready to serve.

5. Set Delay Time: Use the HORA and MIN buttons to set the desired delay time (the number of hours until cooking should start). For example, if it's 8 AM and you want to eat at 2 PM (14:00), you would set a 6-hour delay.
6. Confirm: Press the START button. The appliance will count down the delay time, then automatically begin cooking.

Note: When using the delay start function, ensure that ingredients are suitable for sitting at room temperature for the programmed duration to prevent spoilage.
