2. Safety Instructions

• CAUTION: HOT SURFACE. The heating plate becomes hot during operation. Avoid direct contact with the heating surface to prevent burns.

• Use only with appropriate mugs and cups. For best results, use flat-bottomed mugs made of steel, ceramic, or glass. Mugs with deep concave bottoms may not heat effectively.
• Do not immerse the unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
• Despite its waterproof design, avoid intentionally spilling large amounts of liquid onto the heating plate. Wipe up any spills immediately.
• Unplug the unit when not in use or before cleaning.

5. Setup

1. Place the KRGMNHR Coffee Mug Warmer on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
2. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a standard 120V electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Gently touch the power button icon on the heating plate to turn the unit on. The indicator light will illuminate. Touch again to cycle through temperature settings or turn off.
2. Temperature Selection:
   • Touch once for High Temperature (Red light): Keeps beverages at approximately 140°F (60°C).
   • Touch twice for Low Temperature (Blue light): Keeps beverages at approximately 104°F (40°C).
   • Touch a third time to turn the unit off.
3. Placement of Mug: Place your flat-bottomed mug containing the beverage directly onto the center of the heating plate. The warmer will begin to heat or maintain the temperature of your drink.
4. Auto Shut-off: The warmer is equipped with a 4-hour auto shut-off feature. If left unattended, the unit will power down automatically after 4 hours.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

• Always unplug the warmer from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Allow the heating plate to cool completely before touching or cleaning.
• Wipe the heating plate and body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• Do not immerse the unit in water.

8. Troubleshooting

• Unit not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the power button is being pressed correctly.
• Beverage not heating sufficiently: Ensure the mug has a flat bottom and is making full contact with the heating plate. Thicker mugs or mugs with concave bottoms may reduce heating efficiency. Ensure the correct temperature setting (red for high, blue for low) is selected.
• Unit automatically turns off: This is likely due to the 4-hour auto shut-off feature. Simply turn the unit back on if you wish to continue use.
