4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the gas stove from its packaging. Retain the packaging materials for future transport or storage. Inspect the appliance for any damage. If damage is found, do not install or operate the stove and contact your retailer.
4.2 Placement
- Place the gas stove on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate clearance from walls and overhead cabinets to prevent fire hazards.
- Position the stove in a well-ventilated area, away from drafts and flammable materials.
4.3 Gas Connection
IMPORTANT: Gas connection must be performed by a certified gas technician.
- Ensure the gas supply is turned off at the main valve.
- Connect a suitable gas hose (not supplied) to the gas inlet on the back of the stove. Ensure the hose is compatible with your gas type (Natural Gas or LPG) and meets local safety standards.
- Connect the other end of the hose to your gas supply regulator.
- After connection, turn on the gas supply and check for leaks using a soapy water solution. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, immediately turn off the gas supply and tighten connections or replace the hose. Do not use an open flame to check for leaks.

Place the provided pan supports securely over each burner, ensuring they are stable and correctly seated.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 First Use
Before first use, operate all burners on high for a few minutes without cookware. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. Ensure good ventilation during this process.
5.2 Igniting a Burner
- Ensure the gas supply is open.
- Place your cookware centrally on the pan support over the desired burner.
- Push down and turn the corresponding control knob counter-clockwise to the 'High' flame setting. The automatic piezo ignition will spark, igniting the gas.
- Once the flame is lit, release the knob. The ignition indicator will illuminate.
- If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, release the knob, wait for at least one minute for gas to disperse, and then repeat the ignition process.
5.3 Adjusting the Flame
Once the burner is lit, you can adjust the flame intensity by turning the control knob between the 'High' and 'Low' settings. A stable blue flame is ideal for efficient cooking.
5.4 Turning Off a Burner
To turn off a burner, turn the corresponding control knob clockwise until it clicks into the 'Off' position. The flame will extinguish, and the indicator light will turn off.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
CAUTION: Always ensure the stove is cool and disconnected from the gas supply before cleaning.
- Glass Cooktop: Clean the glass surface with a soft cloth and a mild detergent or glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the glass.
- Burner Caps and Pan Supports: These can be removed for cleaning. Wash them with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before reassembling. Ensure burner caps are correctly placed back on the burners.
- Control Knobs: Wipe the control knobs with a damp cloth. Do not immerse them in water.
- General Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the exterior of the stove to prevent grease buildup.
- Gas Hose: Periodically inspect the gas hose for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace immediately if any damage is found.
