5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for an effective paraffin wax treatment:
- Clean Hands/Feet: Ensure your hands or feet are thoroughly clean and dry before starting the treatment.
- Insert Grid: Place the protective grid at the bottom of the wax warmer to prevent direct contact with the heating element.
- Dip into Wax: Slowly dip your hand or foot into the melted paraffin wax for 20-30 seconds. Carefully remove and allow the wax to solidify slightly. Repeat this process 5-7 times to build a thick, even layer of wax. Alternatively, use a brush for application, repeating 5-7 times for a thick layer.
- Cover: Immediately after applying the final layer of wax, cover your treated hand or foot with a disposable plastic glove, followed by a cotton glove or mitt to retain heat.
- Wait: Keep the gloves/mitts on for approximately 15 minutes to allow the heat and moisturizing properties to penetrate the skin.
- Remove Wax: After 15 minutes, remove the cotton glove/mitt and then the disposable plastic glove, peeling off the dried wax along with it. Discard the used wax.
- Moisturize: Apply a nourishing hand or foot cream to your skin to lock in moisture and enhance the treatment's benefits.

- Storage: Store unused or solidified wax in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Warmer Cleaning: Regularly clean your paraffin wax warmer according to its specific instructions to ensure hygiene and optimal performance.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during the use of your paraffin wax, consider the following:
- Wax not melting: Ensure your paraffin warmer is plugged in, turned on, and set to the correct melting temperature (e.g., 70°C). Allow sufficient time for the wax to melt completely.
- Wax too hot/cold: Always test the wax temperature before application. Adjust your warmer's thermostat to achieve a comfortable and safe temperature (typically 50-55°C for application).
- Wax not adhering well: Ensure your hands or feet are clean and completely dry before dipping. Any moisture or oils can prevent proper wax adhesion.
For issues related to your paraffin wax warmer, please consult its specific instruction manual or contact the warmer's manufacturer.
