- Wear appropriate safety gear, such as gloves and eye protection, during installation.
- Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks, but do not overtighten.

Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your pot filler faucet. Refer to the included installation instructions manual for detailed diagrams.
- Prepare the Wall: Ensure you have a properly prepared single-hole wall mount point with a 1/2" NPT water supply line.

Operation
Your WOWOW pot filler faucet is designed for ease of use and convenience.
- Extending the Faucet: Gently pull the faucet arm away from the wall and extend it over your pot. The double joint design allows for a full 360° rotation and extension up to 20 inches.
- Turning On Water: The faucet features two handles for water control. Turn either handle to the open position to start the water flow. Both handles must be turned off to completely stop the water flow.
- Retracting the Faucet: After use, turn off both handles completely. Gently push the faucet arm back towards the wall until it is folded compactly, saving space.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help preserve the finish and functionality of your faucet.
- Cleaning the Finish: Clean the brushed nickel finish with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
- Aerator Cleaning: If water flow becomes restricted or irregular, the aerator may need cleaning. The aerator is designed to be easily removed without tools for cleaning. Unscrew the aerator from the spout, rinse any debris, and reattach.
- Cartridge Replacement: If the faucet begins to drip or leak from the handles, the internal brass cartridge may need replacement. Use the provided spare cartridge and refer to the installation instructions for guidance on replacement.
Troubleshooting
Below are common issues and their potential solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Water drips from spout | Worn cartridge or debris in valve | Replace the cartridge (a spare is provided). Ensure both handles are fully closed after use. |
| Low water flow | Clogged aerator | Remove and clean the aerator. |
| Leak at wall connection | Loose connection or insufficient Teflon tape | Turn off water supply. Re-apply Teflon tape and tighten the brass nipple and faucet connection. |
| Faucet arm is stiff to move | Accumulation of mineral deposits in joints | Clean joints with a mild descaling solution if necessary. Avoid forcing the arm. |
