2. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Brondi Office Desk telephone:
- Connect the Telephone Line: Locate the telephone line port on the back of the phone. Connect one end of the provided telephone line cord to this port and the other end to your wall telephone jack.
- Connect the Handset: Plug the coiled handset cord into the handset and the designated handset port on the side of the telephone base.
- Placement: Place the telephone on a stable, flat surface, ensuring adequate ventilation and avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources.

3. Operating Instructions
This section details the basic operation of your Brondi Office Desk telephone.
3.1 Making a Call
- Lift the Handset or press the Hands-Free button.
- Listen for a dial tone.
- Dial the desired telephone number using the numeric keypad.
- To end the call, replace the handset or press the Hands-Free button again.
3.2 Receiving a Call
When the phone rings, lift the handset or press the Hands-Free button to answer the call.
3.3 Using Hands-Free Speakerphone
To activate the hands-free function during a call, press the dedicated Hands-Free button. You can then speak and listen without holding the handset. Press the button again to deactivate or replace the handset.
3.4 Direct Memory Keys (M1, M2, M3)
The phone features three direct memory keys (M1, M2, M3) for quick dialing of frequently used numbers.
- To Store a Number:
- Lift the handset or press Hands-Free.
- Press the STORE button.
- Dial the telephone number you wish to store.
- Press the desired memory key (M1, M2, or M3).
- Replace the handset or press Hands-Free to confirm.
- To Dial a Stored Number:
- Lift the handset or press Hands-Free.
- Press the desired memory key (M1, M2, or M3). The number will be dialed automatically.
3.5 Caller ID and Call Log
The LCD display shows the incoming caller's number (if available from your service provider). The phone automatically logs the last 38 received calls and the last 5 dialed calls.
- To View Received Calls: Press the UP or DOWN buttons to scroll through the list of received calls.
- To View Dialed Calls: Press the OUT button to view the list of dialed calls.
- Auto-Redial: To redial the last number dialed, lift the handset or press Hands-Free, then press the REDIAL button.

4. Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity of your telephone.
