Setup and Operation
Step 1: Prepare the Diffuser
Place the diffuser on a flat, stable surface. Remove the outer ceramic cover, then remove the inner plastic cover.

Step 2: Fill the Water Reservoir
Pour clean tap water into the reservoir until it reaches the maximum fill line. Do not overfill.

Step 3: Add Essential Oils
Add 5-7 drops of your preferred essential oil directly into the water. You may adjust the number of drops based on your personal preference for aroma intensity.
Step 4: Reassemble and Power On
Place the inner plastic cover back on, followed by the outer ceramic cover. Ensure both covers are securely in place. Plug the AC adapter into the diffuser, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

Step 5: Select Mist and Glow Options
Use the control buttons on the base to select your desired mist mode (continuous or intermittent) and light glow settings. The unit will automatically shut off when the reservoir is empty.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps ensure optimal performance and longevity of your diffuser.
- Exterior Cleaning: Use a clean, damp, soft cloth to wipe the surface of your diffuser as needed.
- Reservoir Cleaning: We recommend wiping out the water reservoir at least once every 2 weeks. Use a soft cloth and mild soap if necessary, then rinse thoroughly.
- Ultrasonic Membrane Cleaning: Clean the ultrasonic membrane once every 2-3 weeks, depending on usage. Use a cotton swab dipped in white vinegar to gently wipe the membrane, then rinse with clean water. Do not scrub or use abrasive materials.
- Storage: If storing the diffuser for an extended period, ensure it is clean and completely dry.
Troubleshooting
If your diffuser is not operating as expected, please review the following common issues:
- No Mist: Ensure the water level is between the minimum and maximum fill lines. Check that the power adapter is securely plugged into both the diffuser and the outlet. Clean the ultrasonic membrane as described in the Maintenance section.
- Weak Mist: The water level might be too low or too high. Ensure the membrane is clean.
- Unit Not Turning On: Verify the power adapter is correctly connected and the outlet is functional.
- No Aroma: Ensure you have added enough essential oil. The intensity of aroma can vary based on oil quality and room size.
