2. Important Safety Instructions
To ensure safe operation and prevent damage to the appliance or injury to yourself, please read and follow these safety precautions carefully.

Control Panel Functions:
- Start: Initiates the selected cooking program.
- Keep Warm/Cancel: Maintains food at a warm temperature after cooking or cancels the current operation.
- Rice: Standard program for cooking rice.
- Porridge: Program for cooking porridge.

- Claypot Rice: Program for cooking claypot-style rice.

4. Initial Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the box.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the ceramic inner pot, measuring cup, and rice scoop with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Placement: Place the rice cooker on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the rice cooker's power inlet, then plug it into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
General Cooking Steps:
- Prepare Ingredients: Measure the desired amount of rice or other ingredients using the provided measuring cup. Rinse rice thoroughly if required.
- Add to Pot: Place the prepared ingredients into the ceramic inner pot. Add the appropriate amount of water according to the recipe or rice type.
- Insert Pot: Place the inner pot into the main rice cooker unit, ensuring it sits correctly and makes full contact with the heating element.
- Close Lid: Close the lid securely until it clicks into place.
- Select Function: Plug in the rice cooker. The display will light up. Press the desired cooking function button (e.g., Rice, Porridge, Soup, Baby Food, Claypot Rice).
- Start Cooking: Press the Start button to begin the cooking process. The indicator light for the selected function will illuminate.
- Completion: Once cooking is complete, the rice cooker will automatically switch to the Keep Warm mode. The display will show the elapsed time in Keep Warm mode.
- Serve: Open the lid carefully to avoid steam. Use the provided rice scoop to serve.
- Cancel: To cancel any operation or exit Keep Warm mode, press the Keep Warm/Cancel button.
Using the Timer Function:
The timer function allows you to set a delayed start for your cooking.
- Prepare ingredients and place them in the inner pot as described above.
- Close the lid.
- Press the desired cooking function button.
- Press the Timer button. The display will show a default delay time.
- Use the Hours and Mins buttons to adjust the desired delay time.
- Press the Start button to confirm the timer setting. The timer indicator will light up, and the countdown will begin.
- The rice cooker will automatically start cooking once the set delay time has elapsed.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
