1. Product Overview

The Cecotec Pure Aroma 150 Yang is an ultrasonic humidifier and aroma diffuser designed to improve air quality and create a pleasant atmosphere in your home. 4. Setup Instructions

1. Placement: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and electronic devices. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper mist dispersion.
2. Remove Cover: Gently lift the top cover of the humidifier to access the water tank.

3. Fill Water Tank: Using the provided filling cup, carefully pour clean tap water into the water tank. Do not exceed the maximum water level line (150ml capacity).

4. Add Essential Oils (Optional): If using as an aroma diffuser, add 2-3 drops of your preferred essential oil directly into the water tank. Do not add more than recommended.

5. Replace Cover: Carefully place the top cover back onto the humidifier, ensuring it is properly seated.
6. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC input port on the base of the humidifier, then plug the other end into a suitable power outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The Cecotec Pure Aroma 150 Yang features intuitive controls for mist and light functions.

5.1. Mist Control and Timer

Locate the "MIST" button on the front of the unit.

• Press the MIST button once for continuous mist output.
• Press the MIST button a second time to set the timer for 1 hour (indicated by "1H" light).
• Press the MIST button a third time to set the timer for 3 hours (indicated by "3H" light).
• Press the MIST button a fourth time to turn off the mist function.

5.2. LED Light Control

Locate the "LIGHT" button on the front of the unit.

• Press the LIGHT button once to turn on the LED lights, which will cycle through 7 colors automatically.
• Press the LIGHT button again to fix the light on a specific color. Each subsequent press will cycle through the available colors.
• Press and hold the LIGHT button for 2 seconds to turn off the LED lights.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your humidifier.

1. Daily Maintenance:
   • Unplug the device and remove the cover.
   • Empty any remaining water from the tank.
   • Wipe the inside of the water tank with a clean, damp cloth.
   • Refill with fresh water before next use.
2. Weekly Cleaning:
   • Unplug the device and empty the water tank.
   • Add a small amount of mild dish soap to the water tank and fill with warm water.
   • Gently scrub the inside of the tank and the ultrasonic disc with a soft brush or cloth.
   • Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Ensure no water enters the air outlet or control buttons.
   • Wipe all surfaces dry with a clean cloth.
   • Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling.
3. Descaling (Monthly or as needed):
   • If mineral deposits build up, mix equal parts white vinegar and water.
   • Pour the solution into the water tank and let it soak for 30 minutes.
   • Gently scrub any remaining deposits.
   • Rinse thoroughly with clean water multiple times to remove all vinegar residue.

Note: The "Dishwasher Safe" instruction found in some product specifications typically refers to removable, non-electronic components. For this humidifier, only the water tank and cover should be considered for gentle hand washing. Do not place the main unit with electronic components in a dishwasher.
