Setup
1. Initial Power On and Language Selection
- Press and hold the Power Button until the Langogo logo appears on the screen.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred system language.
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network for initial setup and software updates. This is crucial for optimal performance and access to all features.
2. Software Updates
Ensure your device is running the latest software version for the best translation accuracy and feature set. The self-learning algorithm and continuous updates improve its performance.
- Navigate to
Settings>System Update. - If an update is available, follow the instructions to download and install it. Ensure the device is sufficiently charged or connected to power during updates.
Operating Instructions
1. Real-time Two-way Translation
The Langogo Genesis offers online two-way translation in one second with a single button. Powered by 24 world-leading translation engines, it ensures high accuracy for 104 languages.
- On the main screen, select the two languages you wish to translate between.
- Press and hold the Translation Button. Speak clearly into the microphone.
- Release the button. The device will instantly translate and speak the phrase in the target language, displaying the text on the screen.
- For the other person to speak, they can also press and hold the same button and speak. The device automatically detects the language.

2. Mobile Wi-Fi Hotspot
The Genesis functions as a mobile hotspot device. With its built-in eSIM chip, you can purchase a hotspot data plan directly on the device to offer a Wi-Fi connection for up to 5 mobile devices, eliminating the need for an extra SIM card.
- Navigate to
Settings>Hotspot. - Enable the hotspot feature and configure the network name and password.
- Connect your other devices to the Langogo hotspot.
- Note: Mobile hotspot data requires a separate purchase. Online translation data is free for the first 2 years.

3. Voice Recording and Transcription
The Genesis records a single speech up to 4 hours and instantly shows the transcription on the screen, allowing you to focus on meetings or interviews. It features two built-in microphones with noise-cancelling technology for better speech recognition and more accurate transcription.
- Access the recording function from the main menu.
- Start recording and the device will transcribe the speech in real-time.
- Review transcriptions directly on the device.
- Free English transcription is available before 2021, with a 1-month trial for other languages.
