4. Setup

  3. Initial Charging:
    • Connect the power adapter to the charging base.
    • Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.
    • Place the main body of the curing lamp onto the charging base. The OLED display will indicate charging status.
    • Allow the device to fully charge before first use. A full charge supports over 500 10-second curing cycles.
  4. Applying Isolation Sleeve: For hygienic operation, slide a disposable isolation sleeve over the lamp head and main body before each use.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for effective use of the VRN VAFU 2500MW curing lamp:

  1. Power On: Press the On/Off button to turn on the device. The OLED display will illuminate.
  2. Select Mode: Press the Mode button to cycle through available curing modes (e.g., P1, P2, P3, P4). The display will show the selected mode and curing time.
    • P1 Mode: Typically for standard curing.
    • P2 Mode: High-intensity curing, often used for 1-second rapid curing.
    • Other modes may offer varying intensities or pulse settings. Refer to the display for specific settings.
  3. Positioning: Position the lamp head directly over the restorative material. The 360-degree rotatable head allows for optimal positioning in various oral cavities. Ensure the 78mm² operating area covers the target.
  4. Curing: Press the On/Off button again to initiate the curing cycle. The blue LED light will activate. Keep the lamp steady during the entire cycle.
  5. Completion: The device will emit an audible signal or the light will turn off automatically upon completion of the curing cycle.
  6. Power Off: Press and hold the On/Off button to turn off the device after use.

6. Maintenance
