1. Important Safety Instructions

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare Food: Ensure the food item is free of bones or hard impurities. For best results, chill meats and cheeses slightly before slicing.
  2. Adjust Thickness: Turn the Thickness Adjustment Knob to select your desired slice thickness (0-14mm).

  4. Load Food: Place the food item onto the food carriage. Use the food pusher to secure it against the back plate and the blade guard.
  5. Power On: Press the green "ON" button on the power switch to start the motor.

  7. Slicing: While the blade is rotating, gently push the food carriage back and forth, guiding the food item against the rotating blade using the food pusher. Apply even pressure.

  9. Power Off: Once slicing is complete, press the red "OFF" button on the power switch. Wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before removing sliced food or cleaning.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
