4. Installation / Setup

  1. Prepare the Scooter: Ensure the scooter is parked on a stable, flat surface, preferably on its center stand. Turn off the engine and remove the key.

5. Operating Instructions

Once the GIVI SR7055 carrier and Monolock plate are securely installed, operating your GIVI Monolock top case is straightforward:

  • Attaching the Top Case: Align the hooks on the front underside of your Monolock top case with the corresponding slots on the front of the Monolock plate. Push the top case down firmly until you hear a 'click' sound, indicating it is securely locked onto the plate. Always verify the lock by gently pulling up on the case.
  • Detaching the Top Case: Insert your key into the top case lock and turn it to the unlock position. While holding the key turned, press the release button (usually located near the lock mechanism). Lift the top case upwards and away from the plate.
