Assembly Instructions
The Ultrasport F-Bike 400BS is designed for quick and easy assembly. A tool kit is included. Follow these steps carefully:

Operating Instructions
1. Adjusting Seat Height and Angle
The F-Bike 400BS features a 2-step tilt adjustment for the seat and an adjustable seat height to accommodate various body sizes. Loosen the adjustment knob, slide the seat post to the desired height, and re-tighten the knob securely. The seat angle can also be adjusted for optimal comfort.
2. Using the LCD Display
The LCD display provides real-time feedback on your workout. It is battery-powered (2 AAA batteries included). The display typically shows the following metrics:

3. Adjusting Resistance Levels
The F-Bike 400BS features 8 manually adjustable resistance levels. Turn the resistance knob located below the handlebars clockwise to increase resistance and counter-clockwise to decrease it. Start with a lower resistance and gradually increase as your fitness improves.
4. Using Resistance Bands for Arm and Leg Training
The integrated pull strap system allows for targeted arm and leg exercises. The tension of these straps is adjustable.

- Arm Training: Sit on the bike and hold the handles of the resistance bands. Perform bicep curls, tricep extensions, or chest presses.
- Leg Training: While seated or standing next to the bike, attach the ankle straps (if provided) or loop the bands around your feet. Perform leg extensions or abductions.
5. Folding and Storage
