- Prepare the Bag: Place the food item into a vacuum bag, ensuring at least 6-8 cm of empty space at the top of the bag. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean and dry.
- Position the Bag: Open the lid of the vacuum sealer. Place the open end of the bag flat into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it is positioned correctly over the sealing bar. The illuminated viewing window helps verify correct placement.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum sealer.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your vacuum sealer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on | No power supply | Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet. Test the outlet with another appliance. |
| Vacuum is not strong enough or not created | Bag not positioned correctly; Bag or gasket damaged; Moisture in the vacuum chamber | Ensure the bag opening is flat and fully inside the vacuum chamber. Check the bag for holes or tears. Inspect and clean the gaskets. Ensure the bag opening is dry. |
| Bag does not seal properly | Sealing bar dirty or wet; Sealing time too short; Bag material incompatible | Clean and dry the sealing bar. Increase the sealing time setting. Use only compatible vacuum sealer bags. |
| Lid does not close or open easily | Obstruction; Gaskets compressed | Check for any foreign objects. Ensure the handle is in the correct position. If gaskets are compressed from long-term storage, leave the lid slightly ajar for a while. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
