4.1. SIM Card Installation

  1. Locate the SIM card slot on the side of your device.
  2. Insert the SIM eject pin into the small hole next to the SIM tray to open it.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) into the tray with the gold contacts facing down.
  4. Carefully reinsert the SIM tray into the phone until it clicks into place.

Instructions for Verizon users: 1. Phones are unlocked. 2. No help from local Verizon store. 3. Activate SIM with another Verizon-certified phone first, then transfer to Unihertz Atom.

  • Local Verizon stores may not be able to provide direct assistance as the phone is not in their local database.
  • To activate service on Verizon, you must first activate your SIM card with another Verizon-certified phone. Once activated, transfer the SIM card to your Unihertz Atom.

  1. Press and hold the Power button until the Unihertz logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
