4. Setup
4.1 Attaching Sanding Sheets
The sander uses hook and loop sanding sheets for quick and easy attachment.
- Ensure the sander is unplugged.
- Align the holes on the sanding sheet with the holes on the sanding base plate.
- Press the sanding sheet firmly onto the base plate to secure it.

4.2 Changing Sanding Plates/Accessories
The sander comes with multiple interchangeable base plates for different applications.
- Unplug the sander.
- Depending on the plate, you may need to use the provided hex key or a screwdriver to loosen the retaining screw(s).
- Carefully remove the current base plate.
- Align the desired base plate and secure it with the retaining screw(s).

4.3 Attaching the Dust Collection Bag
The dust collection bag helps keep your workspace clean.
- Slide the dust collection bag onto the dust port at the rear of the sander until it clicks securely into place.
- Ensure it is firmly attached to prevent dust leakage.
5. Operating Instructions
This sander offers four versatile sanding modes:
- Mouse Function: Ideal for sanding corners and edges.
- 1/4 Sheet Function: Suitable for larger, flat areas.
- Random Orbital Function: Best for large surfaces or curved areas, providing a swirl-free finish.
- Detail Function: For very small or intricate areas, using the specialized detail accessory.
5.1 General Operation
- Select the appropriate sanding sheet and base plate for your task.
- Plug the sander into a suitable power outlet.
- Hold the sander firmly with both hands, utilizing the ergonomic grip areas.
- Place the sanding pad flat on the workpiece.
- Press the On/Off switch to start the sander.
- Move the sander slowly and evenly over the surface, applying light pressure. Avoid pressing too hard, as this can reduce efficiency and damage the workpiece or tool.
- When finished, lift the sander from the workpiece and then release the On/Off switch.
- Unplug the tool after use.

5.2 Application Indicator
The sander features an application indicator that provides visual guidance on the recommended use for each sanding mode. Refer to this indicator for optimal performance and selection.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your sander.
6.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the tool before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the tool with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.2 Emptying the Dust Bag

- To empty, detach the dust bag from the sander and shake out the contents into a waste receptacle.
- Reattach the dust bag securely before resuming operation.
