Setup

1. Prepare the Cleaning Area

  • Remove power cords and small objects from the floor that could entangle the RoboVac.
  • Fold tasseled edges of rugs underneath to prevent tangling.
  • Avoid placing the RoboVac in wet areas.

2. Install Side Brushes

Attach the two side brushes to the square posts on the bottom of the RoboVac until they click into place.

3. Place the Charging Base

  • Place the charging base on a hard, level surface against a wall.
  • Ensure there is at least 3 feet (1 meter) of clear space to the front and 1 foot (0.3 meters) to each side of the charging base.
  • Connect the adapter to the charging base and a power outlet.

4. Charge the RoboVac

  • Place the RoboVac onto the charging base, ensuring its charging contacts align with those on the base.
  • The indicator light on the RoboVac will pulse orange while charging and turn solid blue when fully charged.
  • A full charge takes approximately 5-6 hours.

5. Connect to Wi-Fi (Optional)

  • Download the EufyHome app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Follow the in-app instructions to connect your RoboVac to your home Wi-Fi network. This enables remote control, scheduling, and mode selection via your smartphone.

Operating Your RoboVac

Starting a Cleaning Cycle

  • Press the Power button on the RoboVac or the Start/Pause button on the remote control to begin cleaning in Auto mode.
  • The RoboVac will automatically adjust its cleaning path based on the environment.

Stopping/Pausing Cleaning

Press the Power button on the RoboVac or the Start/Pause button on the remote control to pause the cleaning cycle. Press again to resume.

Cleaning Modes

The RoboVac 11c offers several cleaning modes:

  • Auto Mode: Default cleaning mode. The RoboVac automatically cleans until the battery is low, then returns to the charging base.
  • Spot Cleaning: Cleans a specific area in a spiral pattern. Useful for concentrated dirt.
  • Edge Cleaning: Cleans along walls and furniture edges.
  • Single Room Cleaning: Cleans a single room and then stops.

Select modes using the remote control or the EufyHome app.

Scheduling Cleaning

Use the EufyHome app to set a cleaning schedule for your RoboVac. This allows it to automatically clean at specified times.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance of your RoboVac. Always turn off the RoboVac and disconnect it from the charging base before performing any maintenance.

1. Emptying the Dust Collector (After each use)

  1. Press the release button on the dust collector and pull it out.
  2. Open the dust collector cover and empty its contents into a trash bin.

2. Cleaning the Filters (Weekly or as needed)

  1. Remove the primary filter and high-performance filter from the dust collector.
  2. Tap the filters to remove dust and debris. Do not wash the high-performance filter with water.
  3. Rinse the primary filter with water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.

3. Cleaning the Rolling Brush (Weekly)

  1. Remove the brush guard by pressing the release tabs.
  2. Lift out the rolling brush.
  3. Use the cleaning tool (if provided) or scissors to cut and remove any hair or debris wrapped around the brush.
  4. Reinstall the rolling brush and brush guard.

4. Cleaning the Side Brushes (Monthly or as needed)

  1. Pull the side brushes off their posts.
  2. Remove any hair or debris. If brushes are bent or damaged, replace them.
  3. Reattach the side brushes.

5. Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts (Monthly)

Wipe the drop sensors, infrared sensors, and charging contacts on both the RoboVac and the charging base with a dry cloth.

Troubleshooting

If your RoboVac encounters issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
