- Install Uprights and Pulleys: Attach the vertical uprights and begin routing the pulley cables according to the diagram. Pay close attention to the correct path of each cable to ensure smooth operation.
- Attach Seat and Backrest: Secure the padded seat and backrest to the frame.

4. Operating Instructions
The GYMAX Home Gym offers a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups. Always select an appropriate weight and perform movements with controlled form.
Adjusting Weight:
To adjust the resistance, insert the selector pin into the desired weight plate in the stack. Ensure the pin is fully inserted before beginning your exercise.
Exercise Examples:
- Chest Press: Sit on the seat with your back against the backrest. Grip the dual-function arm press handles. Push forward, extending your arms, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Butterfly Arms (Pec Deck): Sit on the seat, facing the arm press. Place your forearms against the pads. Bring the pads together in front of you, squeezing your chest muscles, then slowly return.
- Leg Extensions: Sit on the seat, placing your shins behind the leg developer pads. Extend your legs forward, contracting your quadriceps, then slowly lower the weight.
- Lat Pulldown: Sit facing the machine, grasp the lat pulldown bar attached to the high pulley. Pull the bar down towards your upper chest, squeezing your shoulder blades, then slowly release.
- Low Row: Attach a handle to the low pulley. Sit on the floor or a low bench, brace your feet, and pull the handle towards your torso, squeezing your back muscles.
- Bicep Curl: Attach a handle to the low pulley. Stand facing the machine, grip the handle, and curl your arm upwards, contracting your bicep.
