1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Navaris Wood Analog Alarm Clock. This battery-operated alarm clock features a classic design with a real wood frame, a non-ticking silent mechanism, a snooze function, and a light button for nighttime visibility.

2. Setup

2.1 Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the alarm clock.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert one (1) AA battery (not included), ensuring the correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2.2 Initial Time Setting

  1. Locate the 'Time Setting' knob on the back of the clock (refer to Image 2.1).
  2. Rotate the 'Time Setting' knob to adjust the hour and minute hands to the current time.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Setting the Alarm Time

  1. Locate the 'Alarm Setting' knob on the back of the clock (refer to Image 2.1).
  2. Rotate the 'Alarm Setting' knob to set the desired alarm time.
  3. Ensure the 'ON/OFF Switch' for the alarm is in the 'ON' position to activate the alarm.

3.2 Snooze Function

  1. When the alarm sounds, press the silver button located on the top of the clock (refer to Image 3.1).
  2. The alarm will pause and sound again after approximately 5 minutes.

3.3 Light Function

  1. To illuminate the clock face in the dark, press the silver button located on the top of the clock (refer to Image 3.1).
  2. The light will remain on as long as the button is pressed, allowing you to view the time.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the wood finish or plastic components.

4.2 Battery Replacement

  • Replace the AA battery when the clock hands slow down, the alarm weakens, or the light function becomes dim.
  • Follow the battery installation steps outlined in Section 2.1.
  • Dispose of used batteries responsibly according to local regulations.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Clock not keeping accurate time: Replace the battery. Ensure the battery is inserted with correct polarity.
  • Alarm not sounding: Check if the 'ON/OFF Switch' on the back is in the 'ON' position. Ensure the alarm time is set correctly. Replace the battery if the alarm sound is weak.
  • Light function not working: Replace the battery.
