Setup
Battery Charging
Before first use, fully charge both M18™ REDLITHIUM™ CP2.0 Battery Packs using the provided M18™ & M12™ Multi-Voltage Charger. Insert the battery pack into the charger until it clicks into place. The charger's indicator light will show the charging status (red for charging, green for fully charged).

Battery Installation
Align the charged battery pack with the base of the drill or impact driver. Slide the battery into the tool until it locks securely into place. Ensure a firm connection before operation.

- Torque: Delivers up to 500 Inch Pounds of peak torque for demanding applications.
- Clutch: Features an 18-position clutch for precise torque control, preventing over-driving screws.
- Chuck: Equipped with a 1/2" all-metal ratcheting chuck for secure bit gripping.
- Speed Selector: Two-mode speed selector (0-500 RPM and 0-1,800 RPM) for optimized drilling and driving.

M18™ Compact Brushless 1/4" Hex Impact Driver
- Torque: Provides up to 1,600 in-lbs of max torque for heavy-duty fastening.
- Collet: Features a 1/4" Hex collet for quick and secure bit changes.
- Speed: Variable speed trigger with RPM ranges from 0-3,400 RPM and IPM (Impacts Per Minute) from 0-4,200 IPM.

Forward/Reverse Control Switch
Both tools feature a forward/reverse control switch located above the trigger. Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (driving/drilling) and to the right for reverse rotation (removing screws/bits). A center position locks the trigger for safety.
Variable Speed Trigger
The variable speed trigger allows for precise control over the tool's speed. Pressing the trigger further increases the speed, providing adaptability for different materials and applications.
Maintenance
