It features both wired and wireless connectivity options, delivering clear and immersive sound. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

Setup

Initial Charging:

Before first use, fully charge the soundbar. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC-5V port on the soundbar and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator will show status.

Connecting to Devices:

1. Bluetooth Connection:
   • Turn on the soundbar by rotating the volume knob clockwise.
   • The soundbar will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon on the display).
   • On your device (phone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for "Foxnovo Soundbar" or "BT818".
   • Select the soundbar from the list to pair. A confirmation tone will sound upon successful connection.
2. AUX (Wired) Connection:
   • Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable (or RCA to 3.5mm cable for TV) to the AUX-IN port on the soundbar.
   • Connect the other end to the audio output port of your device (TV, PC, projector, etc.).
   • Ensure the soundbar is switched to AUX mode (press the 'M' button on the soundbar or remote to cycle modes).
   • WARNING: When connecting with AUX and RCA port of TV, please confirm that only audio output port can be connected with the AUX IN of this product, but not input port. When using the AUX port, it is recommended to connect the output port of TV set-top box or other devices first. Wrong inserting of audio input port will produce no sound.

Operating Instructions

Controls:

• Power On/Off: Rotate the volume knob clockwise to turn on, counter-clockwise to turn off.
• Volume Control: Rotate the volume knob on the soundbar or use the Volume Up/Down buttons on the remote.
• Mode Button (M): Press to switch between Bluetooth, AUX, and other available modes.
• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button on the remote.
• Previous/Next Track: Press the Previous/Next buttons on the remote.
• Alarm Clock Function:
  • To enter clock mode, press the 'M' button. If a clock icon is displayed, an alarm is set.
  • To disable the alarm, quickly press the 'M' button twice. "OFF" will appear.
  • To reactivate, press 'M' again. "ON" will appear.
