4.1. General Assembly Tips
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list before starting.
- Organize parts by type and size to streamline the assembly process.
- Pay close attention to the orientation of parts, especially when attaching frames and panels. Incorrect orientation is a common cause of reassembly.
- Do not overtighten screws until instructed, as some flexibility may be needed during initial alignment.
- For roof panel installation, ensure panels are correctly seated in grooves to prevent leaks.
4.2. Visual Installation Guides
The following videos provide visual guidance for sunroom installation. While specific models may vary, the general principles and steps demonstrated are applicable.

5.2. Mosquito Net
The integrated mosquito net provides protection from insects while allowing airflow. Slide the net panels into position as needed. The double-track system allows for simultaneous use of mosquito netting and curtains (curtains sold separately).
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the aluminum frame and PVC panels with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
- Roof Care: Regularly inspect the galvanized steel roof panels for any debris or damage. In snowy regions, promptly remove snow accumulation from the roof to prevent excessive weight and potential collapse.
- Track Maintenance: Keep the sliding tracks for windows and doors clean and free of dirt, leaves, or other obstructions to ensure smooth operation. Lubricate tracks with a silicone-based spray if needed.
- Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and bolts for tightness and re-tighten as necessary.
7. Troubleshooting
- Difficulty with Assembly: The manual relies heavily on illustrations. Review diagrams carefully, paying attention to hole orientation. If parts seem misaligned, double-check the step and ensure no paint or debris is obstructing joints. Needle-nosed pliers may help straighten minor warps.
- Water Leaks: Inspect roof panel seams and window seals. Apply silicone sealant (not supplied) to any areas where water may be penetrating, especially around window bases and where the solarium meets an existing structure. Ensure roof panels are correctly installed and overlapping as designed.
- Frozen Doors/Windows: In cold weather, water can accumulate and freeze in door tracks. Regularly clear tracks of snow and ice. A hairdryer can be used to melt ice if a door becomes frozen shut.
- Wind Damage: Ensure the solarium is securely anchored to the ground or deck. If experiencing high winds, consider additional bracing or temporary removal of panels if possible (refer to product specifications for wind resistance).
