Components of BALI OUTDOORS Fire Pit Table

Setup and Assembly

The BALI OUTDOORS Fire Pit Table is designed for easy assembly, typically taking less than 30 minutes with basic tools.

Before You Begin:

  • Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in your product manual.
  • Ensure you have the necessary tools (e.g., screwdriver, wrench).
  • Choose a flat, stable, and non-combustible surface for assembly and operation.

Assembly Steps (General):

  1. Attach the side panels to the main frame using the provided hardware.
  2. Secure the base and top frame components.
  3. Install the burner assembly into the tabletop opening.
  4. Place the ceramic tiles around the burner opening on the tabletop.
  5. Carefully place the blue glass stones into the burner pan.
  6. Connect the gas hose from the burner to the propane tank regulator.
  7. Place the propane tank inside the designated compartment (tank not included).

Operating Instructions

Connecting the Propane Tank:

  1. Ensure the control knob on the fire pit is in the "OFF" position.
  2. Connect the regulator hose to the propane tank valve. Hand-tighten firmly.
  3. Open the propane tank valve slowly.
  4. Perform a leak test using soapy water on all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, close the tank valve, tighten connections, and retest. Do not operate if a leak persists.

Igniting the Fire Pit:

  1. Ensure the propane tank valve is fully open.
  2. Push and turn the control knob to the "LOW" position.
  3. Press and hold the igniter button until the burner ignites. You may hear a clicking sound.
  4. Once ignited, continue to hold the control knob in for 10-15 seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up.
  5. Release the control knob. If the flame extinguishes, repeat the ignition process.
  6. Adjust the flame height by rotating the control knob between "LOW" and "HIGH" as desired.

Shutting Down the Fire Pit:

  1. Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position.
  2. Close the valve on the propane tank.
  3. Allow the fire pit and glass stones to cool completely before covering or storing.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: The ceramic tabletop can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For the steel frame, use a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Burner Maintenance: Periodically inspect the burner and burner ports for blockages (e.g., spider webs, debris). Use a soft brush or compressed air to clear any obstructions.
  • Glass Stones: The blue glass stones can be rinsed with water to remove dust or debris. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the burner pan.
  • Covering: Use the provided cover lid when the fire pit is not in use to protect it from weather elements and debris.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the fire pit in a cool, dry place, preferably covered. Disconnect and store the propane tank separately in a well-ventilated area.
